Our premium, Vietnamese matcha is a blend of organically harvested Asian green teas. Our Asian green tea range is a selection of ceremonial grade matcha tea from Japan and Vietnam. Matcha has recently become very popular due to its health and healing benefits. We use award winning matcha from Marukyu-koyamaen, Yamamasa-koyamaen, Giontsujiri, Kanbayashi shunsho and Vietnamese.

Our Matcha Green Tea Powder creates the smoothest non-bitter delicious green tea you will ever taste! Why? Well in the final months before harvest the green tea plantations are shaded to skyrocket the level of chlorophyll within the tea. The best leaves are then hand-picked and stone ground into a fine powder.

With matcha, you are consuming the whole tea leaf dissolved in water. As a result, matcha is a powerhouse of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. A two gram serving of matcha contains the antioxidant equivalent to 10 cups of standard green tea or 120 wild blueberries. Our matcha is incredibly fresh and as a result also maintains it’s full nutritional profile which contains protein, fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, carotene and vitamin A,C,& E.

Directions: For a delicious, smooth green tea simply mix 1/2 teaspoon of matcha into hot water. You can also use our matcha to make smoothies, refreshing iced tea, lattes or desserts!
