Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate where appropriate.

Availability
Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will do our best to advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

Payments: Via credit/debit card upon secure checkout.

Delivery:

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 14.00 UK time from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 days, Europe 4-6 days, all other areas worldwide 5-14 days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delays.

UK and Overseas Deliveries Our standard shipping uses Royal Mail, DPD and DHL

Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

Returns and exchanges We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened – unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Non-faulty returned goods must be in re-saleable condition including original packaging where applicable.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.

Special Requests If you have any special requests please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our utmost to help.

Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiring date and start date/issue no if applicable. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.We also ask you for your telephone number that enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. Cookies are safe to use however, you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
